📜 Official Contest Rules
- Organizer: MATHEZ FREIGHT, Cargo zone, Nice Cote d’Azur airport, 06200 Nice (France)
- Eligibility: Open to all MATHEZ FREIGHT-related freight agents, customers and partners, as well as internal teams.
The #MathyInsider category is exclusive to internal staff. - Duck Pics: You can either take a picture of the real MATHY bath duck, or provide a digital creation of MATHY. To be eligible for a prize, the latter must be dressed in blue or green like a captain, and bear the MATHEZ FREIGHT logo or inscription.
- Photo Content and Ethical Guidelines: Participants agree to submit photographs that adhere to the following principles: no illegal, offensive, or inappropriate content will be tolerated. Specifically, the following types of content are prohibited: pornographic, obscene, violent, or hate-inciting material, defamatory, insulting, or content that harms the dignity of an individual or group, content that includes copyrighted material without proper authorization, content that violates privacy rules or the image rights of third parties. The contest organizer, MATHEZ FREIGHT, reserves the right to reject, disqualify, or remove any entry that does not comply with these conditions, without prior notice.
- How to Participate:
- Post your photo on Instagram with the hashtags #MathyTheDuckChallenge and either #MathyTravelling, #MathyAtWork, or #MathyInsider. Ensure your Instagram profile is public, mention @mathy.the.duck and indicate your first name, company and location.
- OR use the form on MATHEZ FREIGHT web site (“Ship your Duck Pic” tab)
- Follow MATHEZ FREIGHT on Linkedin and identify yourself on the challenge’s initial post, so we can identify you.
- You can submit as many entries as you like, but only those with at least 3 likes will be considered for selection.
- Duration: The contest runs from Feb. 24 to June 30, 2025. Late entries will not be considered.
- Prizes: A 2-days stay for two in a famous theme park near Paris will be awarded to the best shot from an Agent for either #MathyAtWork or #MathyTravelling, provided there are at least 75 participants. A 150 euros gift voucher will be awarded to #MathyInsider challenge. Additional prizes may be awarded for the most viral post and community favorites.
- Judging: The winner(s) will be selected by a college of 5 MATHEZ FREIGHT staff based on the following criteria: creativity and originality of the photo, relevance to the contest theme, overall quality and composition of the image. In the event of a tie, the entry with the highest number of likes on Instagram at the time of the selection will be chosen as the winner.
- Results: Winners will be announced on July, 22 via our official Instagram account (@mathy.the.duck).
- Rights: By participating, you grant MATHEZ FREIGHT permission to share your pictures, firts name and company name on social media and accept our data protection policy. We respect your privacy!
